I got a free brush guard when I bought my FEL, however I heard that alot of dealers will aslo throw in a ballast box. I have also called 100 times while installing it myself.

That free telephone tech support is -very- valuable. I've used it a time or two myself. That's why I don't mind spending a few extra bucks on OEM filters and belts... cause the shop forman see's me often.. and then when i have to call for help.. they always have a couple answers ready for me!
The two used units I purchased got me....
FREE DELIVERY...
No hats...
No calendars...
Nothing extra...
I guess I really suck at barganing...
Not really...
I realize that purchasing new should get you some freebies...
Perhaps some day I'll be wealthy enough to buy new...
Keep in mind, we don't know how good a deal everyone got on their tractors. If I were a dealer, I would throw a $5 hat at a guy who just paid stick for his tractor.
I know that you can find websites thhat will quote dealer invoice on most cars, is there such a website for tractors?
I bought used and had the dealer do some extra work. I know I paid for it because he wouldn't sell at a loss. Delivery (30 miles) included. After I inspected the tractor at home I had 6 or 7 items I felt he missed. He is going to pick up my tractor, and leave me a loaner while he completes the prep work. That may be an unexpected expense for the dealer but it's to complete work I believe I paid for. Oh yeah, I saw a pile of 2006 calendars in the show room, they looked free.
Free hat, tank of fuel (23 gals), delivery (3 hour drive), upgrade to 7 ft HD bucket (instead of 6 ft), self leveling upgrade, second remote valve. Bought it over the phone, his first price beat everybody else's. Bucket, 2nd valve, and self leveling was done after I got the price.
I got a hat and they delivered tractor and did a demonstration for my wife and I how to use it. I called and got the machine in the same day. They have since helped me on phone with a problem, and mailed a nice letter explaining changes in customer policy with free delivery[ was 130.00] and coupons. I noticed the kubota dealer about 1/4 mile away from them just closed. Both my dealer M/F,and the Kubota dealer have other locations. plowking
