I like the member of the month, but can't figure out where it is and never spend any time looking for it. It's nice to read the info about who they select when somebody else posts a link to it on the forums. My they do it the way they do it is beyond my understanding, but I'm sure there is a logical reason. I just read the forums and really don't have a clue what else is going on here.

Id trade 1000 member of the months (criteria? we dont need no stinkin' criteria) for the ability to vote up posts and show those upvotes or "likes" under a persons username. It would be a much more effective indicator of who contributes as opposed to MoM's who most posters have no idea of who they are.

We're testing out this feature on one of our other sites. There's hope.
