Try discing the whole area along with back dragging bigger holes with the bucket.
I agree, but a Harley rake is expensive and many times not available to rent within a reasonable distance.Harley rake. It would fill, smooth, and level the ruts in one pass - and would leave the surface ready for seeding.
What Implement would you use to clean up these ruts?
Are you looking to purchase an implement, or do you have several to choose from? How smooth of a finish are you looking for? Do you want to have it be a nice mowed lawn, pasture, or? :confused3:
I'd just back drag-em. Not worth the hassle of hooking anything else up. If I had an extensive area rutted like that I might drag harrow or combo disk and drag harrow.
This is a pasture, I want to remove the ruts to improve the appearance and make this section more navigable for the tractor and UTV. For this application, the only implement I have is a box blade. I was hoping to use this or perhaps renting something along with the FEL to clean it up.
