Case in point. While visiting the not so local Linens and Things that is going out of buis, We thought we would pick up a few extra itmes 20-40% off. One of which was an Oxo measureing cup. 20% off and we could use and extra one in the kitchen. I'm not sure if this meets the requirement on "one deed" and it's definitely not in the US, but this is one of Australia's largest landholdings that is currently up for tender.
It's just a shade under 2.3M acres.
