I had a couple of leftover sheets of 'exposure' grade plywood- intended to survive a limited time exposed before becoming the interior of a house. I used it in an exterior application, thoroughly primed with oil base primer then latex top coat. So far its holding up fine.
For a trailer that isn't left outdoors all the time I expect this would be ok.
