What is this Kubota worth?

It is a little bigger than what I want, but also a bit nicer.

I had a quote on a simalarly equipped ROPS tractor (without a cab) in the 31-32K ballpark. That cab would be nice during Green Bay winters, but might be a bit steamy during the summer with no AC. Looks like it's not too far from you either.

The transmission is a hydraulic shuttle shift.

They want $3.00 per loaded mile to deliver - that may well add the better part of $1,000 to the price.

The reserve price is still close to a local M6800 without the cab.

Maybe someone here also knows someone who will truck between Minneapolis and the U.P. - I think around a 5 hour trip.

Can you rent a trailer and transport it yourself? $1000 seems like enough for you to think about alternatives. Maybe a friend can do it (one with insurance!)
Looks like a great rig. How may hours? And the comment about no AC is really relevant because it does get very hot in the summer in that cab.

The Loren cab is a premium product, a cut above the others. My guess is this one adds north of $4000 to the price. The doors and rear window are removable for warm weather - the roof is large enough to keep rain off the operator. Retail for this tractor/cab package must be around $40k with the wheel weights, remotes, etc. - I think $32k would be a good deal. Retail is $40,000 and the reserve is $32,500 but I need to add $1,000 for s&h.

I am trying to find a better shipping price.

Lets see how the bidding goes - there are many newbies bidding on this one. I also think I want another hydraulic remote for a 4 in 1 or grapple bucket. We will know more in a few days.

Have you tried towing companies with a roll off? I was thinking of buying from a dealer about 250 miles from here and found an auto body shop that would do it for $400. Not sure if a roll off would work, looks like a good size tractor, just a thought.

Can you explain what a "roll off" is? Is that where a trucker already has a partial load and is looking for more and shipping in a similar area?
