Gotta plan your work, Bro...start early (crack of dawn) and knock off for a few hours during the afternoon, then start again when the heat breaks for the day.
A broadbrim hat (better yet, a wetted down pith helmet), white tee shirt (better to reflect the heat and absorb sweat) and a lot of water.
I'm assuming your tractor has a canopy?
I dunno....have you ever heard the notion that living inside a house with four walls is tantamount to being on a drug? That is, you are isolated from those things that might stir your senses, like wind, sun, noises, etc. I feel that way about tractor cabs. I love being on my tractor in the outdoors. When it's too hot, I go inside the house.
