I don't talk to liberal arts graduates often. But when I do I tell them: "Big Mac no onion."

Waking up after a heavy night:
I feel like a million bags of ****.
and
It's the sleep that causes hangovers cause I felt alright when I went to bed.
My mouth feels/tastes like the bottom of a cockies cage (Cockie= Cockatoo also a farmer, eg Cow Cockie-Dairy Farmer)
Someone who talks incessantly
Talks like a pub parrot
Someone who is a bit slow
Lights are on but no ones home
Few sandwiches short of a picnic
Few kangaroos short in the top paddock
Someone who won't part with money
Wouldn't shout if a shark bit him (a shout is your turn to buy a round of drinks in the pub)

The old mechanics I used to work with as a trainee would always say, when I couldn't get a bolt started, "you need me to put some hair around it?"

Pa always was telling us kids growing up on the farm, Well, if you can't fix it, then take it to town, maybe one of them guys can figure it out. He wanted us to think for ourselves.

I was visiting after getting a job after college, came from work in my 3 piece suit in my company car and saw him in field next to combine that had a broken front axle. Big wheels were up against the sides of the combine, bottom center was in the dirt, hopper was full... I asked him how he planned to fix it, he replied he didn't know, had not figured it out yet. I suggested he take it to town, maybe one them guys at the dealer's shop could figure it out... of course I was running away to avoid the shovel swinging my direction..

We dug a hole under the middle of the axle, used bottle jacks to get it up, blocked and repeated until it was high enough to unload the hopper and then jacked more until we were able to weld it (acetylene torch with whatever rod was in the pickup). Then took it half mile down the road to our shop and arc welded it proper, with lots of reinforcement..

Still chuckle when I tell my kids to take it to town and get it fixed if they can't figure it out.

and my favorite saying (likely already mentioned), I started with nothing, worked hard and still have most of it left.
