1988 Yamaha FZR 1000 Sportbike

In my 16' x 24' shed :

Murray 46" cut riding lawnmower (piece of junk)
Push lawnmower
1,750+ gallons of saltwater fish tanks
Lots of plumbing parts and other odds and ends

Out in the weather waiting for a 30'x40' barn this summer:

1996 Kubota L4200GST
2004 Chevy Trailblazer (my car)
6' Rotary Mower
7' Rear blade
12' X 5' trailer for the ATV's
16' X 7' trailer for the tractor

That's pretty much it for me. The ATV's will go in the barn when it is built so I'll be able to park in the garage again.

You must be a young buck, I see you have a crotch rocket. I'd love to have a turbo 'Busa but I don't think my body nor my CDL would take the strain. I need to come up with a Lazy Boy chair on a motorcycle frame.

By the way, I have a Quick Time video of an air shifted Turbo'd 'Busa doing an indicated 290. The camera is mounted to the tank looking at the tach, speedo and right through the windscreen. This crazy dude takes off, wacks the 'busa and you don't even see the tarmac until an indicated 120. What a rush just watching the video. My wife saw it and said "no 'Busa" and a few other non printable things too. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

That's fast! At the track we've found almost all factory speedo's to be off by an average of 10% at high speed. An engineer for DEI runs a Busa down there...it's the fastest vehicle at the track...256+mph in a standing mile (land speed racing). I raced an 883 sportster there for 2 years, broke 6 records in it's class, best run was 137mph. I rode a friend's Gixxer to get my 150mph license, then made 3 attempts to get my 175mph license....I did 174.6...pulled back into the pits...and said "that's as fast as I wanna go!".

My speedo on my Triumph Bonneville is off 5 mph pretty consistently. The guy on the 'Busa probably didn't bother reading it until he saw the video anyway.

My absolutely fastest trip was in an old friend's Ferrari 350 GT Berlinetta Boxer V12.....190 on the freeway at night. My personal best was 155 in my old 66 Vette 427/390. I've had my bike to 100, that's fast enough and with the chair, I never go over 70.
