Tractor Sizing what size compact tractor is right for me?

From the original post it would seem to me that a small tractor like a Kubota B7100 would do all the jobs listed other than maybe the bush hogging.

I'm not suggesting buying a Kubota but mentioned it for a size reference and the fact that the one I had did all the things mentioned.

LOL!!! Good guess huh!! The guy that helps me sometimes used to work there mowing when they mowed it themselves. They used a Bush Hog front mount, a JD F935 w/72" deck, and a JD 318. I think there was a least 2 that mowed all week long. They had 3 or 4 total taking care of the lawn. Also, are you looking to mow the yard in Washburn as well? There is some property up there also. Just to let you know, I am not interested in that job, so I am not spying on your business, I will help you in any way if you have questions. If I dont know the answer, I could ask that buddy of mine that worked there. He did tell me it takes longer to mow than it looks!!!

It's definately broken up quite a bit... I think the big 72" mowers would be too big for most of that area. I'm hoping my 60" is just the right size and manuverable enough to get in and around everything ok. They're up to over 70 duplexes now, definately a lot of trimming also. No mention of the property up in Washburn, they may have forgotten about that... haha!

Boy its getting crowded here!! LOL!!! Herrick, that 2520 would be at the Bloomington store then if it went to Martins. IMHO, a 2520 would not be efficient to mow with at Snyder Villiage. And if you would mow with one, put turf tires on it.
