We are in New Mexico (USA) north of Albuquerque along the Rio Grande (more or less). I have been watching the forums as we are strongly considering re-engineering our 2 acre bottom land, i.e., removing a large number of non-bearing fruit trees and growing annual vegetables for local sale. We have been hand cultivating our large cash crop gardens for years now, but our current discussion includes buying real equipment to do work. I owned a Kubota back in the late 70's, but so much has changed and for economic reasons (maturity helps here) we are not as impulsive. Plus, I am no spring chicken!
I have not seen many, if any, posts from this area. We look forward to participating and learning as we go - that is the best way we know.
