Fast shipping. I picked up at local terminal for free. See previous comments regarding my mods; I don't usually plan on using customer service as i tend to modify stuff.

The angler on the stump bucket looks like it may be a little better. But this concern only applies to JD QT.

Hose set i bought with it had incorrect fittings installed. No reply to email, but answered phone on second ring. Replacement parts sent right out.

The quick spade does a quick job of removing smaller stumps and transplanting. Prefer to use pallet forks over bucket lip attachment. Digs a quick hole or trench fast. Have moved some rocks.

Danuser Intimdator for the bigger stumps and trees.

Placed an order for the Titan UA HD Stump Bucket. It seems like it is almost the same as their imported Xtreme HD version (US is 3/8"@280lbs vs vs 1/2" @ 470) but is a higher grade of steel and made in the states. Seeing how I'm not trying to tackle 36" stumps I hope this does a decent job or plucking my mower-killer rocks, 6-10" stump removal and transplanting some pines. I found almost nothing on this bucket other than 2 youtube videos so I hope I don't get burned.

I looked at that long bottom stump bucket from MTL last night. The price is decent, how is the customer service at MTL? I have never heard of them so looked it up and saw some negative comments. I don't put too much faith in those since you can find them anywhere, but did you have any issues?

I also saw the blue diamond buckets for like $1050, but of course I"m no where near any of those locations to just pick it up and save the couple hundred on frieght.

I have a MTL grapple and forks. I have been pleased with both. I am sure there are better quality attachments but for the money MTL services my purposes. I have no experience with the stump bucket.

The imported Extreme HD Stump Bucket Tree Scoop | V2 is $740 and the US made version UA Extreme HD Stump Bucket Tree Scoop | Made In USA is $750, free shipping. For what I'm doing and $10 more I'll take the one made in the US. They said shipping is pretty quick so that is the first test. No issues placing the order so far. I will be curious to see how it arrives and the delivery to the house as I've only ever had stuff sent to a FedEx depot.

That's a tough choice! I like the shape and thickness of the imported one.
Are they basically the same shape? It's tough to tell from the pictures.

Underdog57, The specs on both are very close. The UA is 15.5" at the front vs 20" on the import. They are within an inch in both width and length of each other. I was hoping that 15" would help concentrate my digging. The rest is just material thickness and type of steel. I got a text that it is on the way. I'll try to take a picture or how it is crated up.

Does anyone know if the Grade 50 structural steel is actually that much better than just normal steel? I don't know if that is marketing BS or not as I'm not a steel expert.

I doubt it will be crated at all. Most likely it will be strapped to a pallet.
