The NFC South is wide open now...Brees will be out 6 weeks...fig newton and panthers look horrible...falcons seem to be their same old hot and cold...maybe this is the year Winston grows up and actually breaks out for the Bucs...they know how to win a SB (unlike ATL or CAR)

I saw the the day after the press conference and I couldn't help but ask myself exactly what is he trying to prove other than he's an idiot? The babushka jokes were endless and my grandmother at age 76 (30 years ago mind you) looked 10 times better than that bozo wearing one.
The irony is you could probably buy yourself a decent mower with what that monstrosity costs per what that jack leg was wearing.
That guy is a joke. He is an average QB at best, .... The NFL tried to pump him up as the next great...and failed miserably

He was a very good athlete and posed a significant double threat to defenses...now that he's been "welcomed to the NFL" and is feeling a few oats he is too scared to run any more...
After mouthing off after a 15-1 season then humiliating himself in the loss to Denver...he sort of got slapped off his high horse and has really not been the same since...
He may still have a few moments left in the tank but basically he's on his way to being a flash in the pan has been...probably end up as a celebrity judge on one of those drag queen cable shows...!
A QB that has to rely on his feet to succeed in the NFL...is always going to fail..Ask Mike Vick.

I have to admit that I didn't really think the Saints would be doing this well without Brees but it looks like the defense has stepped up to meet the challenge and has given me new hope. Of course the Patriots have looked absolutely unbeatable so far this season but we haven't even reached halfway yet. Anything can happen. I am still looking forward to a Brees, Brady showdown in the Superbowl.

NFC quite a bit stronger than the AFC it appears. I think the Superbowl will be won by an NFC team if they don't beat each other up too much.
