What teams will play in the next Superbowl?

I still recall listening to Notre Dame football on the Radio when Montana got his first chances to play. I knew then and there that he was going to be great.

My first football “hero” was John Capeletti. I was a little tike and I remember my dad talking about him. Then I watched him play for Penn State on TV and then win the Heisman Trophy in 1973.
I was hooked on football from then on.

I went on to Amazon today (Thursday) to check a delivery. It opened with an advertisement video of tonight's game (on Amazon Prime TV). I don't recall this before, but maybe I had not gone to the site on Thursday during the season.

I think they’re a 3&1/2 point favorite, which is pretty typical for 2 evenly matched teams but Chiefs having home field advantage.

I actually think they will play not to win so much, but to learn more about the Eagles and possible plays and formations. I suspect Andy will keep his cards close and not run all their plays expecting to meet them again in the Superbowl this year, everything is lining up for that to happen so far.
If they win while only using 75% of their plays, that's just bonus. As for playoffs, I don't think the outcome of this game affects anything.

I think the Eagles will win. On last night's game I was impressed with Lamar's running even after tweaking his ankle again. The Ravens are to be reckoned with.

Eagles made me nervous in the first half, but came through in the second half. Eagles lucked out on two "hit him in the hands" passes by the the Chiefs at the end of the game. I thought Mahomes played better than Hurts, but a win is a win, so congrats Eagles. Go Eagles. Two great teams.

Yeah, Chiefs beat themselves again. It's ok, Chiefs will win the next one, in February!

Eagles definitely have a much tougher remaining season though.

I don’t think this is a really big deal, but it IS a signature win considering the Eagles beat the defending Super Bowl champs on their home turf without Dallas Goedert.

How good would KC be without Travis Kelce?

Can't agree more..watched the NFL channel this morning about the game for 10 minutes. 9 1/2 minutes they aired the Chiefs crying on their loss. 30_seconds about the Eagles win...

No, If you watched the game you would see that KC missed 2 touchdowns and not due to the Eagles defense as they simply didn't catch the ball that was in their hands on one and Mahomes under threw one. Then there were the 3 critical dropped passes in the Red zone, again not due to Eagles defense.
Kelce wasn't near the factor he normally is. Watson had a few opportunities to step up.

Well, I guess part of being a good team is catching balls thrown to you, so it could be more a lack of talent. If they drop a lot of passes, it means they have to win with a smaller number of players who can catch the ball. That lowers your chances.

Personally I think the Chiefs are still slightly better than the Eagles because of Reid being more experienced than Siriani, but one has got to remember, we didn’t have our starting TE Dallas Goedert.
He’s not as good as Kelce, but he’s an integral part of our offense. So we may have scored more points with him. Also, we were the road team.

Anyway, the Eagles should have the best record in football and maybe it’ll be a rematch. Outside of the Ravens, the AFC is looking like more of the cakewalk with Burrow out and the Bills a big sloppy mess.

The eagles one loss, to the Jets, everyone was making excuses for them “the beat themselves”. No, they just lost the game with poor quality execution.

That’s right. They didn’t. The Eagles can play MUCH better, but the Chiefs got all the attention because they couldn’t catch passes. It’s the obvious mistakes that get all the attention, and their TE has his head up Taylor’s @$$.

This is a romance, turned publicity stunt that the NFL loves because it has proven to get women interested. Just what the NFL needs, more billions.
