75$ is a super steal. i paid 200$ for a dearborn 10-1 mouldboard plow.. and would have paid more. if yor machine is in the 30hp range.. you can pull a 2 bottom plow fine.. disc or otherwise, unless it was huge.. like a 2-16

Same as a two bottom plow is what I've heard. I wonder if it turns the soil as well as a moldboard, but I bet it handles roots and rocks better since it rolls.

But who cares! It hooks to a tractor and only cost $75! For that much money we don't need to know what its for!

As far as I know disk plows are used in sandy soils.

Well, I got the plow home and played with it a little this afternoon. The plow is original and complete, and everything seems to be tight and not worn out. I don't really have a place to plow here, but I tried it out in a little spot, and it worked great. Here's a couple of pics of the plow on the back of my tractor before I tried it out. No, I don't want to sell it

A lot of people like the moldboard the best . buy I like the Disc plow the best . it will do better in red clay it will do better in rocks and roots. and if the ground is dry and hard it will still plow .and if you need the book that came with it PM me your email and I will send it to you.

That is so cool and its in excellent shape. What a steal! And man that thing looks hefty.

But the jokes on you, now you have got to find a reason to plow! You won't regret it though. Plowing is a blast. (Spoken like someone who has never had to do it for a living.)
