I have no doubt that a professional lawn care company would charge her about $120 for this job and would want to do it every week. If she were to only let them do it every two weeks, the price would probably be more along the lines of $175.
My 87 year old grandmother, who lives about 4 hours away from me, was recently faced with a similar situation with mowing her two acres. She insisted on paying and was borderline offended when someone wanted to do it for nothing.
$60 should cover your fuel and wear and tear. If you are okay with that figure, and this lady were my grandma, I would be most grateful if you were to do it for that.
