Sure have her call me.. I will tell her how to make u think that it was your idea to get a tractor, when it was really her's. I sit up at night and wisper in John's ear.. You want a Kubota.. with a digger thingie on the back.. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif Then Build a barn to house them in so they are not sitting out in the open gathering dust. After the tractor gets here, i will sit up and whisper,,, you want a pond with a waterfall.. u can dig it with the diggie thing that is on the back of my tractor.. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

New Tex,
We know about the moving thing.. We were both career military. We never set roots down till a few years ago.. Now we are building our dreams.. A nice house. a little bit of land and a TRACTOR.. I do like the idea fo the plasma cutter. I would like to build a big wind chime like the one that was on the movie Twister.. John would kill me if i did.. but i can say u got your tractor, I get my wind chime.

Our lab Harley would probably eat goats.. he tried to eat the chickens we had.. and kept staring at the turkeys. If my daughter has her way we will prpbably get a duck or two.

If you want to build a really neat wind chime try using 4" exhaust pipe from a semi. They have a really deep sound and are really big (They also make it in Chrome). Start with a 3' piece and add 6 to 10" of length for additional notes. It will sound like church bells when the wind blows.
By the way I grew up about 50 miles from where some of Twister was shot. If you recall the scene where they were in front of the diner and they look down the road and see a very large American Flag waving in the wind. That was the entrance and Flag to the Texaco Maysville Gas Plant in 4 miles west of Maysville Oklahoma. Just local trivia if you were interested. By the way if you are not familiar with tornados the film was pretty bogus. (Personal opinion based on actual experiance.)

As a child I lived in San antonio TX ,and Norman OK . Also lived in Alabama for a few years . So I do have a bit of aquaintance with Tornadoes . I still get a bit spooked living up here when the sky goes a funny color and the clouds start to drop a bit . John
