Generally I've found the better deals are found with parked cars out front with a for sale sign with the amount asking. You know what the guy wants and you know right off the bat if you're interested.Mine isn't even in the same category, but a couple weeks ago I stuck a low price tag on my old 4x4 Ranger and parked it out front. Nobody goes down my road so I didn't think much about it. Tuesday while out of cell range I got a call and text from somebody who was really interested in it... today I ordered a title to replace the one I haven't been able to find. I'll make just enough to pay the title fee, and cover the 10 ply tires I put on my Colorado last fall.
What I find funny is it seems we have some small time car dealers who like to park cars out on their front lawn with for sale signs. There are a couple of places I can think of on rural roads that seem to have a different car for sale every month out on the lawn. They never have the price on the car though LOL
