What to do?

Doubtful,

But she'd definitely get more work done on the TC and the Kubota may fair OK if she didn't run it over it with the TC!/w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif

PaulB,

Deny my wife any pleasure, for some reason I don't think that will work. You know women they just get a good romance novel and that's the end of your love life. /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif
Hmmm....Honey that's my toy, go get your own! /w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif

I solved my dilemma. An L35 for me and a BX2200 for her. I must say I haven't seen here with that wide a s***eatin' grin for a long time. Worth every penny. I must also say I've spent just as much time on the BX. She hasn't tried the L35 yet, if she ever sees how fast I can scrape off the sod with it I may have to get up and out earlier in the day. Buy two, three times the fun. My neighbor (not a tractor guy) has seen me lots of times on my Ford NH, let him see me on the L35 one day and then a couple weeks later "let" him see me on the BX. He had this funny expression, "Is this the same one you had the other day?" "Uh, yeah, I don't buy tractors more than once a decade" He left with his face kind of screwed up, looking back at the BX...

I know, it's mean... Of course now I'm looking for someone in the area with a big M series I can borrow and sit on until my neighbor sees me! /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

Paul B---Sounds like you have been subjected to a lot of "withholding" tax.

JimBimMI,

Who's in the driver's seat - one who is doing the riding, or one that is on the porch? Don't push it. I've been known to say, a man's success is told by what his wife drives: even if it is on the lawn! I'm glad my wife was as eager to buy the blue as I was! Boomer to ya!

"Withholding tax," hmmmm...I hadn't thought of that. I think I will reverse that one, and next time she beats me on the tractor. I'll just apply the "withholding tax," and add that to line 7, minus the "I need to tax," on line 8, and end up with nota. /w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif

Oh, by the way guys I enjoy reading all your posts, and my wife enjoys them as much as I do. Lot of good information, and fun poking on this board.

Just be careful you don't lose another privilege, James. She's already taken the tractor from you. If you break bad now, you may end up with nothing to do but sit on the porch. /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif

James,

I did notice in all of the New Holland Ads that they had a young lady operating the tractor. Maybe she saw the ads too! /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif
