On my tractor, the clutch is used to engage and disengage the PTO. I realize this isn't true for all hydro tractors, but it's true for mine.
and to change ranges

Four wheel drive indicator light;at least on Kubotas ,others may offer this already.

My LS has gear drive so therefore a clutch but it doesnt engage or disengage the PTO which is a bummer. To stop or start I have to push or pull a knob to energizea an electronic switch. My B26 doesnt have a clutch just a lever to engage the PTO again no clutch to feather it in. Not a big deal for me on it because I dont plan to take off the backhoe as long as I have the LS. I just dont understand why tractor mfgs. started putting these instant on PTO switches and levers. Seems like a good way to twist off the drive shafts on the equipment or worse on the tractor. On my tractor, the clutch is used to engage and disengage the PTO. Hey, 4Shorts, got any room left in the cab for the operator? Photos of all that would be nice to see, although I dont think I would have the time, inclination or money to put much of that in my tractor. A rear camera would be nice and I have thought about that a lot since I cant turn my neck to see behind me. First I need to put one in my truck.
My Wife would have a hissy fit at spending that kind of money on my tractor to do all the stuff that you did. You should go hug your wife several times for allowing all that stuff to be done and not complaining (assuming she didnt complain too loudly)
4 Shorts: I just thought of another reason the wife might let you do all that work on your tractor, MAYBE she just wants you to get out of her hair and stay in the shop. I know mine tells me sometimes to "just go play in your shop"
I think I just found the perfect women 32years ago![]()
How about cloning her so we can have the same good fortune as you?![]()

I second this. The snowmobiles have heated handles. why not on the tractor?! Heated seat would be the best invention in the cold climates or those chilly summer nights in shorts. As for a second seat - I agree - there were times I needed a buddy, but no safe place to put em when going to point a to point b.
I'd also would love a simple bolt on "box" to mount under the top of the rops for extra lighting that will also serve to protect the lights just like on a car. you should be able to use same bulbs as your tractor headlights for ease of backups and repair. OR all LEDS!
built in toolboxes that will hold wrenches, pliers and hammer. a self closing box on fender for a place to hold my phone with usb port charger inside.
A automatic emergency shutoff air/fuel shutoff sensor in event of a rollover to prevent runaway engine.
Oh man I would but not sure how that would work out. If the original ended up with me all the clones might move in with me as well then I'd be worst off than buddy on the TV show "Sister Wives". I'd have no more tractor money left
I just can't take that chance![]()

I'd like to see a small utility size or large CUT with a bidirectional cab. It would be so nice to be able to face backwards with certAin implements like backhoes, snowblowers, turbo saws etc.
