I'd check Craigslist too. For your needs, there are some nice used saws out there.

Thank you. I've been searching around and for what I want, that would work. For some pieces I'm going to use a handsaw, as was suggested by EGON. I've done a saw before and it worked well on some pieces. Many decades ago my dad built a pretty big camp for us with hammer, nails, a square, tape and a hand saw. I learned the proper use of a handsaw and it never left me. Thanks dad.

In many cases the Hand Saw ends up faster and easier. Maybe add a chisel at times.

You are lucky. Many of use are not familiar with hand saws and their use or maintenance.
