If u can get the neighbor and the MF again
try using the loader to lift front wheels and/or
let it roll back to make sure it isn't froze down.
Another option is run chain under the bucket and
hook onto front of tractor and keep your bucket low
(more down force on the rear of MF).
Did u get the mule out from behind?
If the MF has a loader bolt a hitch to the bucket
and get behind your tractor (take off the tiller?)
and pin to your draw bar, this way he can lift some
weight from tractor and give him more traction.
Seems like u can push more than pull.
If u were closer to me I have a 12,000 lb.
hydraulic winch that a small subframe chained
to a tree or your loader bucket and pull u right
out.
