Get the never heard of that show all the time, no matter which one I speak of. It seems todays generation has never seen the classics.

You must be pretty young...but of course it was popular farther South than New Hampshire. It was cornball, patronized the hick/hillbilly stereotype, but had some pretty girls, good music and slapstick.

I'm pushing 70, dunno if that's still young or not.
Never been a big tv watcher, never had cable tv until about 5 years ago, even now only have the off-air channels package so unless this show was on one of the networks I wouldn't know about it.
