Okay ! I did the math . I figured in earth movement , Coreolus (sp ) effect , average wind speed , and consulted the solar lunar tables ,and the farmers almanac .
My answer is ( give or take 3 miles do to thermal expansion )

I have to defend Bill at this point. Even if he does have a weird hat.
I visited with Bill and his wife last summer. He has a beautiful home and it is straight and plumb , well as good as it can get in Pittsburgh. At least he don't have the drainage problems like some poster in Lake Milton has or myself for that matter.
I think that Bill is into grease though. When I saw his tractor (before his tractor had a kid), it was pretty anointed with grease. I hope he ordered a black TBYNet shirt. Black doesn't show grease.
I decided that Henro was my sort of dude the 1st time I saw his pic.
