noting in the ground but we have seed started and cool weather items started in our hoop house.

peppers, 6 kinds tomatoes started in trays

green onions, onion sets, started in the hoop house
onion seeds started in trays

spinich, swischard, and 2 kinds of lettice started in hoop house.

left to start in hoophouse is carrots, and herbs

left to start in trays is merigolds and a few others

If it gets to 35 tomorrow night. I don't know, we are in the country and sometimes its colder out here.

Last fall I planted some fall rye. On the weekend it was almost 4 inches tall... today it is under 8-12" of fresh snow. In late May or early June I'll be planting pumpkins and sweet corn. Can't wait...

Like I said,ain't planted nothing yet,[it snowed 1/2 inch last night and is snowing now,supposed to get down to below freezing all the way south down in texas]

Right now there is a dead skunk and I am not sure how to get rid of him with out getting the smell all over me. I am hoping he will be gone by the time I get ready to plant it.

Got all my stuff for first planting now,broculli,cabbage,cawliflower,onions,lettuce,radishes,beets,spinich,and 100 lbs of seed potatoes.
Put my tiller on tractor yesterday,I'm set on go,just waiting till weather cooperates,little wet now.But right on schedual.

My gardens looking good. I have it irrigated now with soaker hoses on 2 manifolds. Just turn on the water, flip some switches and she is watered.

I pulled weeds in 2 rows this morning. Everything is up, but I replanted some cukes, they didn't look very good. I water it and I swear it grows a couple of inches.

I need to take some pics and post.

I got my green house up a little late waiting on a covering and getting everyting right. I went out this morning and there was 30 banana pepper plant poking out and several tomato plants, 25 of 50 cucumber plants and about 50 Black diamond watermellong plants comming up in their pots. Also some lettuce is comming up in the in house bed in the green house. Im still tilling the garden spots up right now I have a pound each of straightneck squash and zuccini to plant and about two and a half pounds of bush beans, and a pound or so of okra. Ill do all this with the tractor and planter. I have about 4 pounds of corn to do Monday.
