what\'s PT underside like?

What is the underside of the PT425 or PT1430 like? Anything to catch or get hung up on when going over rough ground or brush? Anyone know the minimum ground clearance? Thanks!

Hi there -

Welcome to the forum. It looks just like the photos - two metal boxes (a few small holes here and there for access and oil draining, etc.) connected by a joint. Not too much to hang up on anything.

That first picture really shows it well. Nothing but smooth plate steel under there. The whole unit is a skid plate! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
