Was wondering why the large spread in price between gas & diesel now, a couple months ago it was only $.10 difference.
The price of diesel around here generally stays pretty steady, while unleaded gasoline fluctuates greatly.
My guess is the oil companies know they can raise the gasoline prices and get away with it, but the truckers will band together to protest large diesel fuel price increases, driving to Washington or causing slowdowns on the highway as a form of protest.

By the way, the gas station I drove past on my way home from work this morning has a 41 cent /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gifdifference between regular unleaded and diesel! $1.649 and $2.059
