Those folks doing the survey were probably hired by Kubota. I doubt they're Kubota employees so tractorbynet would be an unknown just like asking the average person on the street who knew nothing about tractors. The next time some telemarketer calls you, ask them if they've heard of tractorbynet. Get the point?

FWIW, there are folks at Kubota who regularly check this site.

You have a good point. I have had my NH TC 21 D for almost a year and a half and have only heard from NH about extended warranty. Very strange./w3tcompact/icons/frown.gif
