In no particular order.

For my hands, we use this good stuff at work. Best I have seen so-far. It is Stoko brand handcleaner. It is a cream color and VERY gritty/pasty. Much more grit than fast orange or gojo.

I second the hand cleaner Kresto by stoko made with chrushed walnut shells. Been getting grease and printing inks off my hands for years.

if it just oil, dirty grease from cars - I just use dawn. Otherwise I usee hand soap and not worry about every line of dirt I cant get out. It will come out eventually .:laughing:
