I have a CT20235. I am looking at the "Operations and Maintenance Manual", and a copy of the "Service Manual". The maintenance schedule is different, especially for oil changes.

This is from page 187 of the Operators Manual.

This is page 134 of the Operators manual

This is page 2-25 of the Service Manual:

The service manual says to replace engine oil and filter every 100 hours, but the operators manual says to do it every 400 hours on page 187 and every 100 hours on page 134. That is a big difference!
The service manual says to replace primary air filter every 100 hours, but the operators manual says to do it every 200 hours on page 187 and every 100 hours on page 134.

I am guessing I go by page 134 of operators manual as it agrees with the service manual?

Most brands say 100 hours (or one year) on engine oil and filter, I have some friends who do it every 50 hours as cheap insurance.... I generally do 100 hours with no issues.
No way would I wait 400 hours......

Got it thanks. I thought 400 hours sounded like a long time.

I pulled my air filter and had a look. I only have the outer filter, not the inner filter. Do you guys run the inner air filter? I am not running in a dusty environment, is the inner filter necessary?

Take a look under the hood. There is a sticker with the service intervals, I would use that. 400 seems like a long time to me also. With condensation I would suggest that engine oil be changed annually and Hydraulic oil every other year.

Thanks. Yeah, given that I am in Canada, I always change oil once a year for that reason.

You probably don't need the inner filter. I got one as added insurance in case the outer fails for any reason. I should never need to change the inner filter. I change engine oil every fifty hours just because.

I have a 2025 and recently received the following from Bobcat. I contacted Bobcat for more information as the letter seemed to indicate the replacement stickers would have been included in the correspondence and they weren't. They told me to contact a local dealer. I did and they said that they would order it and come out and do it. When I asked why not just send me the sticker they said no, it needed to be performed by an authorized dealer. Who am I to disagree ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Both are correct.
Change it every 100 hours.
Your 4th change will be at 400 hours. 😉

I got the same letter, then I stopped by the dealer to pick up the stickers and they were a bit confused, then a few weeks later I got a follow up from Bobcat with the actual stickers, see attached.

The CT2025 (only!?) needs engine oil and filters changed after first 50 hours, I did this because someone in another thread here posted the intervals from a newer manual. Oil & filter interval is now 250 hours (or annually) so they're getting close to your 100!

Thanks pineland, came here to say the same. In today's mail I got the same as you.
