I can't believe you don't have a tree sheer, or a feller buncher attachment or somethings cool. A 372 XP is a chainsaw.

I had a tree shear, but the blade broke so I gave it to my wife's cousin and bought a tree puller.

I don't have or need a chainsaw.

I do have a chainsaw and sometimes necessary but that's my last choice of tool to get a tree moved. I had a crew of loggers at my place and I was surprised at how little they used a chainsaw. Seen them work for days and never crank one up so I guess they think like I do. Since I don't cut firewood anymore I use a $150 homelite. My uncle loves his 372 XP shssss I think he sleeps with it.:) at $900 I probably would too.

 Looks like a good setup.

It works ok and my ratchet rake fits it. Ratchet rake is 72" bucket 66" you can still use the grapple when I've got the rake on but sometimes the load is hard to get out of the bucket, hangs on the chains so I try to wait till I finish picking up before installing it.

Yeah, he needs one, as proven by his original post and pics. :)
No, it proves I only need the Versahandler and some attachments. :D

Yeah, I'm pretty sure my 372 XP is faster at cutting wood and only cost $900.

Nice saw, Lots of power, not too big & heavy. Their department store stuff has degraded.

6-10" trees I do not use a chainsaw to take down, using my PC75UU2 instead, I then hold the tree at waist level and cut it to firewood to save my back.

What do you do when that size tree falls across your trail in the woods? I'd like to see the Versahandler deal with the rest of this 42" tree without a chainsaw. image-1543216441.jpg That log alone was about 4,000 pounds maybe more. Not a chance the cool Versahandler could have lifted the whole tree and root ball.
