When Was the BX25 First Built?

I'm just curious. Can you tell by the serial number what year it is?

I think the BX25 is new to 2009. The BX24 was before that and the BX23 before that.

that is right...I bought my BX24 in May of 08 and about 6 months later they rolled out the BX25 new to 2009...

Dealer told me that Kubota does not use or include a date code in their serial numbers. Would be nice to know if this is true or not.

When I looked at the serial number on mine, it doesn't look like it has a date code either. However, due to low number of BX's made, it certainly looks like "where" in assembly line it rolled off as it looks sequential.
