A few years ago a friend of mine hired a high school cheer leader squad and their coaches to do a bunch of farm labor (mostly pick up root pieces and rocks out of a new field, and put in hay from another). Couldn't get the football guys to work. Said it was the best workers he ever had for a summer. They were trying to raise money for a trip somewhere and made enough to cover most of their costs. He included food and drinks along with actual wages. Make sure you follow whatever (child) labor laws there are in your state and have insurance (workman's comp or whatever).
We used to use youth from church groups to do yard/brush clearing. They worked hard, too.
