The tool is designed to drive a metal sleeve/ring to a predetermined depth on the end of the crankshaft. The depth is built into the sleeve tool. I contacted K-Line Industries, the tool maker, and they referred me back to Kubota. I also checked OTC/SPX but they only list automotive tools. Since Bobcat uses Kubota engines, I checked their website but they don't show anything.

If you know what the depth is, a decent machine shop should be able to build the sleeve for you for less than $100.. it's not like you'll be using it every day, so if it does the job at least once you're ok.

The kit comes with a dehydrated Kubota mechanic in the bag. Just add water and he does all the work for you.

You can check with your local dealer. Maybe you bring it down to them (not sure if that's possible) and pay them to install it for you. It could be your cheapest option.

Are looking for a sleeve or driver or both? Your 1st post said sleeve, that is why I wanted to see a picture of a $100.00+ sleeve.
