Where do I find the serial number on a B6000?

I'd want to use it with a small rotary cutter (i.e. brush cutter). They have very thick, heavy, swing-away blades that have enough momentum to actually keep the tractor moving...

Meanwhile, I've talked directly to Hub City and then to one of their local distributors. Hub City used to make an "off-the-shelf" add-on gearbox, part Model # KU-22 specifically for the Kubotas. It reversed the direction of the rear PTO, and then you could use a normal over-running clutch. (They do not make an over-running clutch for CCW rotation.) The gearbox is 3.5" thick and bolted onto the rear of the of the tractor, with the metric 10-spline female input and standard 1-3/8" 6-spline male output shaft.

They can still make a KU-22, special order. I'm having the local distributor get a price for it. At the same time, I asked him to get the price for the spline adaptor.

I just noticed your discussion on PTO Reverser. I'm in the market for one. I will contact Hub City. Did they quote you a price? I have seen several rototillers for the B6000 and bid on a couple on ebay, but never been able to "win" the bid. The pto reverser would eliminate that problem. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
