Backhoe Where do you hook your chain on a backhoe?

Granddad, any chance of a scan of the diagram. If not, I think I will go with the double loop around the bucket. I don't feel comfortable with the chain like it is in the attachment. If the bucket is tilted, while placing Harv's bridge, the chain could bind or break or something could bend. Since someone else will be at the controls I need to make it idiot proof. Thanks all.

I had installed a 5/8" weld "D" ring near the top/center of the bucket ( on the back side) where the reinforcing "bands" are.
Seems to work fine.

Grandad, as you can see in the attachment I actually followed instructions. It worked great. I was able to raise the bridge up and down by moving the bucket. The boom and dipper stick were also used to lower the bridge down and out.
