There is a nice town about 12 miles away with groceries, hospital, hardwares, etc.

we live in a small town of about 600 people......and were about 25 miles from the larger town of 24,000 people.

We have 20 acres in trees and have use of 10 acres of pasture.

The smallest allowable and buildable parcel of land here is 5 acres (it used to be minimum of 20 acres about 15 years ago).

700+ acres of woods, was on 128ac. farm, just too small! I like my privacy. The tractor doesn't fit in as well here, but I can't imagine not having one.

We live in a township of about 13,000 people. There are housing developments all over...Very few properties with more than 1/2 acre...

We are surrounded by condos, 1/2 acre housing, but have a river to the East and a shopping center about 1/4 mile up the road.

The "country" is within the limits of a small town. Enough rocks, trees, soil and maintenance to need a tractor.

I don't live inside city limits, nut most of the farm land has been turned into subdivisions around me, on 3 acres. Large suburban cities are less than 5 east or west of me.

#1 - Weekdays in Miami with about 3 million give or take several 100K aliens that don't get counted, and 20 acres in North Florida until I tell Governator Skelator to take his vendetta on public employees and... well, that's another story...

#6 for us. We live on 20 acers and another 34 that are more or less ours. We live ~5miles outside a city of 5,000+ people and would love to be farther away (or have the city be 4,500 people smaller).
