Where is everyone?

   / Where is everyone? #14
Fall projects, finishing up summer projects, getting ready for winter projects. All or some of these are taking most of the time for a lot of people.
One thing happening in this area, the NorthEast/Mid-Atlantic area, is harvesting. The harvesting of corn has started. The soybean harvest is half-way or more done. I saw a combine last night around 9 PM harvesting a field of soybeans in the dark on my way home. After the time change Saturday night/Sunday morning, it will be dark an hour earlier here.

Just my 2 pennies.

I'll probably have less time in the winter. It gets dark too early and that is when I work on remodeling the inside of my house. Once it starts getting nice in the spring, I don't want to be in anymore. But, I get tired from so much physical activity and at night I like to be on my computer. I'm not much of a TV watcher. But, inside work can be done at any time of day and I tend to only stop working to eat.

During the summer, out at the farm, no internet access, 100 hours plus spent working each week. That is now slowly coming to an end, therefore more time on TBN. However, as hard as it may seem, there are other things in life other that TBN.

I would suspect, that some people just get frustrated with posting after awile.
I realize that the "critical' people are few and far between.
But I have seen where people have made a post, and have had others say whats wrong with what they have built etc.
Theres nothing wrong with constructive critizm, but we need to realize how to present the thoughts. Just like in real life.
I am sure that when someone has an idea, or a post of something they built, that they would welcome comments. But also see how they could be discouraged from posting, knowing someone will 'tear' it apart.
Just my thoughts...and observations.

I've never done drugs, never smoked, occasionally have a drink, but when it comes to TBN I can't stay away. I have tried several times, once I made it for 3 days I think.;) Oh well, there are worse things to be addicted to.:)

Brian,

Just a point of semantics perhaps, but ...

Here at TBN, we do not call the behavior of our
most dedicated members an "addiction ..."

But rather...

DEVOTION :)
