Snow Where is the snow?

My sentiments exactly,I bought a new 3 pnt. hitch snow blower and it is just doing nothing .The temp in Maine is 48f and all the little bit of snow we had is gone also.We are over 30 inches below normal snow fall thus far this winter,maybe it is that global warming thing.I should have bought that roto tiller I wanted for the tractor instead.I guess we shouldn't complain to much as it is easy on the heating bill.I'm giving up on this winter ,just waiting for spring now.

I seem to be in the majority here. I live in NW Pa where we average 140"+ of snow a year and at this rate We'll be lucky to get half of it. I even bought a new bx2230 with the snowblower just to be ready. Maybe I ought to get the deck on and get ready to mow!

Hi Herring,

I'm in Miramichi, that storm was in Nov29th, but we've been getting still some good amount of snown this year, last night was about 4". There still is 2' snown on the ground.

It does look like a global warming, it not like any other years.

Nothing here in NS as of now. What a BAD winter for winter activities. I moved piles of dirt today with the B6100 because they were so soft.

I don't know Zack, we have had so much rain this winter the rivers and streams are flooding,I have never seen flood watches in affect in the middle of the winter in Norhern Maine in all the years I can remember.I would like to see just one good blaster before winter is all all over and without any rain with it.

Same deal in the Rochester, NY area. We hit 60 one day recently.. 55 yesterday.. constant light rain. We got one little batch of snow a few weeks ago.. I asked my wife did she think I needed to plow.. and she said oh go ahead and play if you want to. It wasn't really worth plowing, but I wanted to give Jez a little exercise.

This constant rain is getting on our nerves.

We received over 36 inches between last Saturday and Sunday night. First real snow this winter. Here is a picture of the snow in front of my shop on Monday morning. The next one is after a little snow moving.
