where to hook a chain to pull with BH on?

I can't get to my drawbar when the back hoe is on. I just pull from the front whenever the hoe is on the tractor. I have a spot to hook on the frame up front.

I can easily get to the drawbar, it's sitting in the shed with the 3pt bars when the hoe is on.

Is that due to poor/bad design, or could you swing the hoe all the way to one side ?

on a l48 for example there is a transport tie down that a chain will fit threw works good should hold any thing you should be even trying to pull,

we would use the bucket and lots of chain to pull stuff over a sand bed 10 feet at a time takes awhile but effective
