I have a little lb1914, great tractor. BUT,,,,, i wanted to change the fuel filter and am not sure where the housing is,, of course, I can't find my manual at this time.Is it on the right side of the engine looking from the operater's seat) Cylindrical with a nut fitting on the bottom so you can put a wrench on ti? that housing just looks way big for the fuel filter, but maybe that's it, Thanks for any advice

The answer to your question would be, if you are sitting on the tractor on the right hand side of the machine, it is a canister type housing towards the back of the engine near the loader arm. Hopefully this will help you.

HA! I found it!, Thanks, ,,,,only after I loosened that gray cannister, which as I thought, was the hydraulic filter housing!!! DUH,,, So next Question, can you top off the hydraulic fluid, or does it have to be bled like a brake system?

It does not need bled.
The small amount that comes out when you take the filter can off won't be enough to hurt anything, unless it was low before.
The hydraulic filter can be cleaned and reused.
It is stainless mesh.
