Hi canoetrpr, WilliamBos, we're practically neighbors!

I stumbled across TBN a little while ago. Can't remember how, I think it was mentioned on a COTH or EMG board somewhere. I can't get over the wealth of information, and entertainment that this forum provides. Glad I found it.
canoetrpr, we probably know some of the people you know. A TBN southern ontario barbeque - GREAT IDEA! We can get the steaks from Beeton Meats! (not a joke!)

I think so too. The closest Kioti dealer to me is Tractorland in Gormley which is not really all that far away. Trinity Equipment is the closest of any dealer, and I would always peruse their yard to see what nice MF iron is sitting out front whenever I have to fill up the diesel cans at Husky.

Green Tractors in Nobleton is where we ended our search for a new loader tractor and have dealt with them before when I bought the F620 Z-track. All good guys!

WilliamBos, 15 min. north of Bradford puts you about Lefroy? Alcona? or maybe Stroud?

Heywood,

I am just south of Churchill, outside of Lefroy. Small world, eh? I was at Trinity yesterday, they were outside giving a demo of the 8480 ( duals on all 4 corners. )

Canoetrpr,

What do you bed your horses with, and if shavings, who do you get them from?

Thanks,

Will

Personaly I would love to sell Yanmar grey's localy as the demand for low priced compacts is high here. We have 4 Kubota dealers within an easy drive, only one really stocks much however, JD is a bit a drive but local and we have a nice NH dealer. All the major brands are pricing themselves out of many folks reach localy, when an older model or a grey comes up for sale, its gone before many find out. If I had the space, I would try to keep a couple of each size on the lot and have the ablity to get more on a fairly short notice. But I lack the space or capital to get it started, so I support my fav dealer over in Ohio that deals in Yanmars. Cheers Mike

We bed with shavings. Almost everything including shavings is provided for by the boarders. Since we didn't have any horse experience we looked for a situation where the borders did almost all of the work and provided care with us doing minimal basic things like checking water and feeding.
