Who bought Mr. Funnel Online

I purchased Mr. Funnel online but have not heard anything from them yet. I would think I would get an email confirming the order and even would think that it would have shown up by now. Anyone else order online and did you get a confirmation or not?

I ordered mine on-line and as I remember, I didn't get a confirmation and it took a little over a week to arrive.

Just found the invoice. They shipped them the day after I ordered them- but don't forget- they are in Alaska!!!

Gee, I ordered mine a week ago last thursday. UPS truck just drove by my place today. Hopefully I will get it tomorrow. I have been kind of waiting to fill my tank but tomorrow I may just have to fill.

Well today mine didn't show again. So I called the company on their 800 number. The guy told me they were having puter problems and the orders recieved in the last week is lost in their puters some place. They know the orders are there but can't get them off their computers. He will call me back tomorrow and let me know status. I am pretty sure it has not been shipped as of yet.

That can and has happened to me with some Internet orders.
At least you know what the problem is now. I'm sure that they'll take care of the matter pretty quick. Gerard

I ordered the funnel on the 7th and still no reply. Do you still have the ph#?

Also ordered the tilt meter on the same day through TBN...received confirmation within a few minutes.

Good luck on the reply. They won't give you one. I finally called them yesterday and they were glad I called. For some reason the day I ordered there was a glitch in their computer. So my order they had no record of it but only my name???? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif I also got a call from them. They called my office number which I never gave them, only my home information ?? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif How did they get that??

Anyway long story short they will ship me one out next week. Interesting, they goof up my order and then still will only send out normal process. I would think they would have said we will get this out today or will send it two day UPS.

So I will now have to wait another week or so.
