Grut,
What is wrong with your tractor? I also have TYM330 but so far I didn't need a dealer for anything but consumables. My has 430 hours.

Now these are all warranty repairs as I have the documentation of when they were reported to the dealer. Need loader valve, backhoe pivot bushings and pins with some fabrication work, both plastic fenders, and bolts on both subframes loc tited or nylon lock nuts installed to prevent loosening.
All with 138 hours on it. Frustrating because all are minor repairs and TYM is just giving me the run around now. To top it off my dealer had enough with TYM's poor product support and is not selling them anymore. I don't know what is going on at TYM but most companies want to correct the problem asap to keep a good name and the customer happy. Both I and unfortunatly the wife have had enough frustration--guess that's why God created lawyers.

We all should remember this the next time we have someone standing on a soap box saying "All we need to improve the economy or grow businesses is less Rules and Regulations". NC has a good Consumer Protection Department you may contact them and the Consumer Protection Department in your home State if different than N.C.

Thanks Gator it is getting to that point. I have tried to give them every opportunity to correct the situation the right way, plenty of information about my situation, plenty of time, and have tt their recommended contacts, still with no results only the run around and more time wasted.

FYI: Fellas.
I received my tractor on the 5th of this month. 7 months and 3 weeks. Found out that the dealer was the root of the problem. Can't sit on stuff and expect it to work out in the long run.
Anyways I am happy. Front loader valve works very nice and the backhoe fix at the pivot area is nice. I had to remove the loader and backhoe subframe bolts and loc-tite them because the dealer didn't get to it while he was a TYM dealer-go figure. Anyway I have been using it and I am very happy with the machine, just not happy with the time it took to repair correctly. TYM needs to keep up and on the dealers if they want to succeed. Just a thought!
