Actually, not yet! The backhoe is still on the back...also, I'll need to modify the blower to electric or hydraulic chute rotation during the warmer months.
But, Winter will soon be over (another 6 weeks or so).

Winter will soon be over ---- and you still believe in Santa Clause?
Well maybe a week earlier than north of Montreal!

But then all our worst storms tend to be the last ones, generally a nasty Nor'easter.

Another member on the "snowblower" bandwagon. Bought mine this past summer.

The only thing i can say is... Game Changer.

I am looking at getting a larger blower - an 84" wide one. The 73" one I have is really too small for my tractor, though it works ok with two added wings to the sides.
I used to use a JD450 to move the snow but the drive got smaller as time went by. I ended up having to widen the drive earlier in the winter, just to be able to continue to plow the snow.
With the snow blower I throw the snow away from the drive and parking areas each time. It makes for a much better situation all around.

I still like using both. 8' snow pusher on the front and a 84"x34" twin auger blower on the rear. I can open up a road in a hurry. CJ

Just got back from my dealer and was quoted $7,000+ for a Woods SS-96-2 blower!

Anybody have any less expensive ideas for an 8' blower? I need one that will cover my 90" width.

Moving snow isn't much fun, even on a tractor. The problem being that you're not doing permanent landscaping with it, so after spring, you've nothing to show for it.

Love your screen name. I'm SU alum!

I'm not an alum, but three members of my family are. I did teach as an adjunct for five years, so I do have some claim to the name Otto!

I agree chim - other than the fact I have an open station... makes it a little tougher.

I have considered mounting a pair to the ROPS; just havent figured out how I want to yet.

The rear work lights are mounted using factory holes in the ROPS. The smaller lights on the roof are flashers.

Here's a short video of the flashers. I get on the road with the tractor and want to be seen. There's a regular strobe on the front. Each blinker on the side and rear has 4 LED's that can be switched into something like 10 different flash patterns. Wifey told me there's a chance the lights could trigger seizures in someone who follows me.

Now that I am looking at your pictures on my computer, I see that your lights are mounted at the ROPS hinge point. I should look into that!

I may still consider a pair on the blower though... maybe with some guards around them.
