So many people have moved "up north" since the pandemic and the associated growing pains have me wishing for the nastiest winter ever.

You should look at the Kubota RTV900 and order a set of 4 agrizeta steel tracks from Joel at earth tools as you will have plenty of floatation with a set of agrizeta tracks whether that are steel or rubber.

The agrizeta steel tracks have cleated sections that dig in the soft ground to provide more adhesion adding tube sand in the back will make it really aggressive in snow.

The heavier kubotas with thier liquid cooled engines need the wider tracks for better floation as these things will sink with the narrow rubber tracks.

I put my 3pt snow blower on the tractor yesterday. Still waiting on some restrictors to put in the lines to the hydraulic chute.

But, we should have a nice long, warm fall now that my blower is on.

(We had a hard frost and forecast chance of rain-to-snow the other day).

For us, snow season means heading to Fla. for golf, tennis, swimming and bar-b-ques on the lanai.

Same as summers in Missouri.

I've got to get my front-right U-joint replaced on the F350 before winter; I had an appointment to have it done Monday, but had to cancel. This inflation is eating me. If I engage 4WD at the moment, I'm running on 3 wheels.

As mentioned, we get about 6 weeks less winter now compared to when I was a kid, and last year was the first I haven't gone ice fishing in my entire life... no safe ice. It's been less and less every year.

Same thing here in northern N.H. Last few winters have been kind of wimpy compared to even 10 years ago, both in snowfall and temperatures. I won't complain about not getting above zero for a couple weeks at a time, but I do like snow. When my current snowmobile dies I don't plan to replace it...way too much money for something I can only use a couple months a year.
