Who Makes Their Own Hoses?

I have about 30 of the SC 2 wire JIC connectored ones in service. Not a single failure even though I have subjected 3 of the 3/8" ones to pressure sufficient to blow up 4 bucket cyls on the 7520. Depending on the yield strength of the 3/16 wall cylinder tube, expansion of the steel would require a hydraulic pressure of 12,000 PSI minimum. -- What is your criterion of pretty crappy?
Fitting quality. I cracked one fitting putting it on and I have put hundreds of hydraulic fittings together.

On my micro ex the thumb hose broke 3x from physical(in about 1yr) abuse until I went to a parker brand hose. That parker hose hose has been on there for 2yrs now. This parker hose is really the only one that isnt a surplus center or some other cheap chinese hose.

I make my own hoses. For obvious reasons, they always break when you need them so the investment is worthwhile. My tractor is all hydraulic and I am often using it when shops are closed.
