Kubota B7510
I have a Kubota B7510. I had the initial 50 hour service performed by the dealer. Are there any other service intervals that are best left to the dealer? I am fairly mechanically inclined.

The only thing I can think of is the valves and if you are mechanically inclined, you can probably do it, I just don't feel comfortable doing so. The interval on my L5030 is at 800 hours.

Each to his own, but there's no dealer could possibly have done better and more carefully done the 50 hour service better than I, to say nothing of multiplying the cost 4 fold.

I agree. If you can do the work yourself, do it. You will always get a better product. Plus you learn a lot about your machine. If you don't have a service manual, I would buy one because they are worth it.

I wouldn't let someone else walk my dog, let alone pay someone to maintain my tractor.

I would only let someone else walk my 2 eighty five pound floor scratching, coffe table eating dogs if they promised not to bring them back.

I wouldn't pay anyone to maintain my tractor short of valve adjustment or some such thing.

If your comfortable doing basic plus continue,if you get stump darn good chance TBN folks could help in one form or another.

B7510 booklet should give idea..I believe you have many hours of good seat time ahead before engine/tranny concerns.

Thanks to everyone for your input. My thinking has been to do all the work myself. I did have the initial 50 hour service done by the dealer as I am new to owning tractors. I recently found this Kubota tractor forum and I can see this is a place to ask questions on items that I am uncertain.
