The truth is that the manufacturers are losing in the long run. Rather than doing research so that I know what I would like before going to the retailer, I will go and tell them what I want and they will sell me what they feel like. My truck came with 265/70 car tires... I need something heavier than "P" rating, because those pop like balloons on the roads I drive. I like the General Grabber AT, but can't even find out if they are available in the configuration I need.Does anybody even make a load range C or D anymore? I ran "E"s on my Ranger which was a bit of overkill, and it rode like an 8N Ford.
