Why I love my cab

I prefer the cabs to open station particularly in the winter, really helps with comfort in out mountain ski town. Also helps with the dust before our monsoon season. I have only had one other tractor with a cab before in the past, a Case 1370 and learned how nice they were to have.

Very satisfied with the 110's Laurin cab and the 4520 cab I have at present.

This is m second cab tractor. Both cabs were aftermarket. I like staying dry, and a heater when its a blizzard outside. The first one had curtains and it was warm as toast in the winter.

My choice of open station was financial only. I would still like to get a cab but was not going to wait any longer to get my tractor. Enjoy the cab!

As for hearing noises, I use hearing protection when running my open station and would envision that the cab affords some reduction in noise but not as much as good hearing protection.

If a cab was available in the states when I bought my 4200, I would have gotten it no questions asked.

Because I am not as young as I used to be! My first taste of a good cab, and not just the metal cage without windows, was about 10 years ago. It was nice working all day in the cab and upon getting down not having to slap dust off of every square inch of my body. Now that we are buying a new tractor that was #1 requirement and not an option :thumbsup:

Oh, one more thing.

My seat and workstation is always dry. I don't have garage space!
